300 g Washed Japanese rice
60 cl Water
720 g Rump steak, sliced
1.5 Chopped garlic
1.5 tsp Grated fresh ginger
9 cl Salted soy sauce
9 cl Mirin
3 tbsp Peanut oil
2 Onion
6 Soft boiled eggs
4 Chopped green onion(s)

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the water and rice to the bowl.

Set the rice aside.

Mix the beef, garlic, ginger, half the soy sauce and mirin in a bowl.
